We offer vacuum suction cups for sheet metal of various types and sizes, for steel sheets, aluminum, or galvanized sheets. We offer original suction cups from European manufacturers at attractive prices, including our own vacuum range under the Everson brand. Our long-standing partnership with leading manufacturers of vacuum components provides our customers not only with access to special pricing, but also to specialized training, technical and organizational consultancy, and custom service support.
We have the largest selection of suction cups for sheet metal and the automotive industry in Poland. It is impossible to present it in its entirety on the website or in a catalog.
Tell us or write to us which vacuum suction cups you need, and we will deliver them at an attractive price.
Sheet metal suction cups require cups with high gripping force and resistance to harsh working conditions. They are designed specifically for processes in metalworking plants, laser cutting lines, press brakes, or robotic assembly stations.
Vacuum suction cups for the automotive industry
In the automotive industry, sheet metal suction cups play a key role in the automation of production processes. They are used, among others, for feeding and positioning car bodies, doors, roofs, or stamped components. Special versions made of oil-resistant NBR or polyurethane with increased mechanical resistance guarantee secure gripping of even large and curved panels. The use of stabilizing inserts minimizes the risk of deformation of thin sheets, while high-temperature resistant suction cups enable the handling of parts directly after stamping or welding processes. As a result, they increase the efficiency of production lines and improve work safety in the automotive industry.
Vacuum suction cups for sheet metal are used, among others, in:
- automated lines feeding sheets to press brakes and punching machines,
- laser and plasma cutting systems,
- welding and assembly robots,
- storage and palletizing of metal sheets and plates.
Specialized materials used in vacuum suction cups for sheet metal
Suction cups used in metal transport are manufactured from elastomers with increased strength and wear resistance:
- NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) – oil-resistant rubber, excellent for working in environments with coolants and technological oils.
- Polyurethane (PU) – a material with high mechanical resistance, ensuring long service life even with intensive work cycles.
- HNBR (hydrogenated nitrile rubber) – rubber with increased thermal and chemical resistance, used in more demanding processes.
- Silicone (VMQ) – recommended for applications where high temperature resistance and flexibility across a wide range of conditions are required.
In the case of thin sheets, suction cups with additional anti-deformation stabilizers are used to prevent bending or “waviness” of the material during lifting.
Design adapted for metal
- Flat suction cups – ensure fast and secure gripping of smooth metal sheets, minimizing cycle time.
- Bellows suction cups (bell-shaped) – better adapt to slightly curved or uneven surfaces.
- Suction cups with steel or textile inserts – increase stiffness and limit deformation during transport of thin sheets.
- High-temperature resistant versions – designed for handling parts after stamping or thermal processing processes.
A sister group of vacuum suction cups to those for sheet metal and the automotive industry is CNC suction cups and vacuum blocks. A large part of these suction cups has a design and specifications similar to those in the automotive industry.
