We have the largest selection of suction cups used in the electronics industry in Poland. It is impossible to present it in its entirety on the website or in a catalog format.

Tell us or write to us which vacuum suction cups you need, and we will provide them at an attractive price.

The electronics industry places unique demands on the technology used for securing and transporting components. Miniature subassemblies, delicate surfaces, and high process repeatability require solutions that combine maximum precision with safety. Suction cups for electronics must meet rigorous criteria, especially regarding electrical conductivity. In pick-and-place environments, integrated circuit assembly, and the manipulation of fragile components, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) suction cups perform best.

Materials used in vacuum suction cups for electronics

In the electronics industry, special types of elastomers with ESD properties are used to effectively dissipate electrostatic charges:
  • NBR-ESD – a special version of NBR combining mechanical properties with antistatic features; for example, the “FSG-5 NBR-ESD-55 Shore A” suction cup is equipped with NBR-ESD elastomer with a hardness of 55 Shore A.
  • Conductive silicone rubber – conductive silicone with a volume resistivity of up to 10⁵ Ω·cm.
  • Conductive NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) – nitrile rubber with low resistance (~200 Ω·cm).
  • Conductive butadiene rubber – similarly, butadiene rubber with low resistance (~200 Ω·cm).
These materials are commonly used in applications requiring the protection of electronic circuits against electrostatic discharge.
Key technical advantages of ESD suction cups
  • Precise manipulation – thanks to electrical resistance control, charges that interfere with component operation are eliminated.
  • Customized shapes and sizes – available in flat, bell-shaped, micro-, and multi-cavity versions, designed for integrated circuits, LCD screens, PCBs, or assembly robots.
  • Consistency of technical parameters – hardness, resistance, and seal shape are matched to high-performance production cycles.

Industrial applications in the electronics industry

  • Handling microcircuits – chips, integrated circuits, microprocessors.
  • Assembly of PCB boards and modules.
  • Handling displays, touch panels, and precision optoelectronic components.
  • Pick & place automation in high-repeatability conditions.

A related group of vacuum suction cups to those used in the electronics industry are suction cups used for handling photovoltaic cells and silicon wafers. Both categories share some common suction cups – with the same design and properties.
